We deliver to addresses within Hong Kong, excluding Outlying Islands, remote, and restricted areas. If your shipping address is in these locations, please contact us at goosechocolatehk@gmail.com or via Instagram (@goose_chocolate) for special arrangements.
Delivery Timeframes and Charges
Deliveries within Hong Kong (excluding Outlying Islands, remote, and restricted areas) typically take 3-5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, typhoons, or courier delays.
Orders of HK$350 or above: FREE delivery via local courier (3-5 working days).
Orders below HK$350: HK$50 delivery fee.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping. For details on availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery timelines, please contact us at goosechocolatehk@gmail.com or via Instagram (@goose_chocolate).
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable. In case of disputes, Goose' Chocolate’s decision shall prevail.
Changes to Delivery Terms
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
☀️ Summer Chocolate Shipping Notice
Chocolate is sensitive to temperature. During the summer months, especially when temperatures exceed 28°C (82°F), we strongly recommend selecting in-store pickup whenever possible to ensure your chocolates are received in their best condition.
If you choose SF Express for delivery, we will carefully package your order before shipment. However, as the temperature, storage conditions, and delivery timing during transit are beyond our control, the products may be affected by heat and could arrive with:
- Softening or melting
- Surface whitening (Chocolate Bloom)
- Slight deformation
- Other heat-related changes
These conditions generally do not affect the safety or edibility of the chocolate, but they may impact its appearance and texture.
As such, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes in product condition resulting from high temperatures or logistics-related circumstances during transit.
