Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable. In case of disputes, Goose’ Chocolate’s decision shall prevail.
